In the Senior Product Manager role, you will play a critical part in shaping StoreHub’s transformation into a strategic, product-led organisation. You’ll own a strategic product area end to end - from customer discovery, product strategy, execution, all the way to adoption and measurable business impact across mid-market F&B and retail merchants.
This is a high-ownership, strategic role ideal for someone who wants to move fast, build from scratch, and drive real business outcomes.
Own the entire product strategy and roadmap for your product line.
Define and execute a 12–18 month product plan aligned to business priorities.
Set quarterly OKRs tied to acquisition, revenue growth, and churn reduction.
Build business cases, revenue forecasts, and ROI analyses for major initiatives.
Execute With Purpose & Build Great Products
Work with Engineering to build and launch high-quality features.
Drive adoption, not just shipping - with complete post-launch strategies.
Run experiments, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly based on data.
Coordinate go-to-market with Sales and Marketing to ensure merchant uptake.
Maintain product and delivery quality from design through execution.
Lead Customer Discovery & Insights
Conduct systematic discovery with mid-market F&B and retail merchants.
Analyse churn and identify root causes to inform product decisions.
Build deep domain expertise and become the internal expert for your product area.
Translate customer problems into clear product requirements that drive adoption.
Support Product Leadership & Team Growth
Help define product management best practices and frameworks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and CS.
Mentor and support junior PMs as we scale the product organisation.
Report on product outcomes and performance to leadership.
How you will need to be:
Highly data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strategic thinker who can also dive deep into details.
Strong communicator who can influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Customer-focused with a builder mindset.
Comfortable with ambiguity and quick iteration.
What you need to have:
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
Proven track record driving measurable business outcomes (acquisition, revenue, retention).
Strong data skills - SQL, analytics tools, dashboards.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and tools (e.g., JIRA).
Ability to build business cases, forecasts, and ROI models.
