In the Executive Admin/Liaison Officer role, you’d be responsible for creating an innovative customer experience and building strong relationships with our customers over the phone, email, and chat. As the company’s first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for driving a successful customer experience by assisting those at varying skill levels to get the best use of the product.

You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.


What you will do:

  • BIR Assistance & Compliance Support
    • Manage and resolve BIR-related tickets for merchants.
    • Assist merchants in BIR registration and guide merchants on BIR compliance requirements. 
    • Process end-to-end BIR registration for merchants when they availed of the service.
    • Visit BIR RDO offices when necessary to facilitate merchant registration.
  • Mall Coordination & Merchant Onboarding
    • Serve as the primary liaison between StoreHub, malls, and merchants.
    • Ensure merchant onboarding and integration compliance with mall requirements.
    • Respond to mall-related inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain communication.
  • Product Demonstrations & Merchant Training
    • Conduct live demos of StoreHub solutions for mall representatives and merchants.
    • Update internal process documents related to mall integration when needed.
  • Ticket & Operational Management
    • Handle tickets related to BIR assistance, and mall integration which is within liaison officer scope
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination across teams.
  • Administrative & Internal Coordination
    • Support internal teams in sales, operations, and technical integration efforts.
    • Assist with document processing, scheduling, and reporting.
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize workflows.

What you need to have:

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in mall coordination, administrative support, account management, or BIR processing is a plus!

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong administrative and problem-solving skills to manage compliance and integration tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and essential tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to handle compliance-related documentation with precision.
