In the Admin Executive/ Liaison Officer role, you will be essential for our operational integrity, requiring you to act as the company's official representative at government agencies like the BIR, handle key financial tasks, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive individual to manage these critical functions. The ideal candidate is a master of multitasking who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at navigating both fieldwork and in-office duties with precision and integrity.

What you will do:


  • Government Liaison & Compliance
    • Manage and execute all merchant-related BIR processes, including new applications, document submissions, and ongoing compliance requirements.
    • Act as the primary company liaison for in-person visits to BIR Revenue District Offices (RDOs) and other government agencies to facilitate applications, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure all company and merchant documentation adheres to the latest standards.
  • Financial & General Administration
    • Handle key financial errands with utmost integrity, including the timely deposit of cheques and cash collections to designated company bank accounts.
    • Oversee the efficient collection, verification, and management of merchant requirements for various payment integrations.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including document management, filing, data entry, and processing operational paperwork.
  • Operational Support
    • Manage and track internal tickets and requests related to BIR assistance and administrative tasks, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical) to provide unified support and resolve complex administrative or merchant concerns.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative, financial, and compliance workflows, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

How you will need to be:

  • Exceptionally Organized – You have the ability to manage multiple priorities, including fieldwork, travel between locations, and office-based tasks efficiently.
  • An Excellent Communicator – You are confident and professional when dealing with government officials, bank personnel, and internal team members.
  • A Proactive Problem-Solver – You are proactive in identifying challenges and resourceful in finding effective solutions.
  • Tech-Savvy – You are proficient with administrative tools and able to learn new systems quickly.

What you need to have:


  • Education & Experience
    • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in an administrative, liaison, or operations role is required. Direct experience with BIR processes, RDO visits, and corporate banking transactions is highly advantageous.
  • Skills & Knowledge
    • Proficient with administrative tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, including fieldwork and office-based tasks.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with government officials and internal teams.
