If so, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (SEA) who can lead digital marketing campaigns from conceptualisation to execution at the highest quality for the Southeast Asia market. As a digital marketer on our growth and marketing team, you’ll be working closely with both international (HQ) and domestic (TH) team and channel specialists to drive customer acquisition and engagement. More importantly, you will be our champion to build our presence across SEA market. You will be stationed in Bangkok working collaboratively in flexible hybrid work arrangement.

The right candidate should have a sound understanding of digital marketing strategies which include (but are not limited to) acquisition funnels, conversion-focused paid acquisition, sales copywriting and content generation. More importantly, you should have an analytical mindset and a love for data-driven decision-making.

As Performance Marketing Specialist (SEA), you will be responsible for

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns that achieve business goals from conceptualisation to execution at the highest quality.
  • Work with channel-specific teams to manage and optimize existing campaigns on all acquisition channels (Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc) and identify areas for growth
  • Ad Campaign Optimization: Plan and execute customer acquisition strategies through demand generation and remarketing campaigns utilizing search, paid social, video, and mobile advertising.
  • Funnel marketing: We think, live and breathe funnels. A strong drive towards CRO and audience building is part of the job.
  • Impact measurement: Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns.
  • Paid Marketing Strategy: Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
  • Stakeholder Management: The StoreHub Growth & Acquisition team works closely with Sales and Product to ensure business growth goals are met.
  • Copywriting & a strong eye for creatives: Online advertising is all about creatives, hooks and emotional triggers. The right person for this role can apply marketing psychology to advertising campaigns, making sure advertising creatives resonate with our target audience.

What you will need:

  • Experience in performance marketing / digital advertising / leading advertising or media buying functions. Developing and executing advertising strategies that deliver on key acquisition, engagement, and retention goals
  • Experience driving engagement and conversion through targeting, creative, and testing at scale
  • Excellent proficiency in the English & Thai language with a keen eye for grammatical errors and typos.
  • Experience using basic CRM tools - Hubspot, Salesforce or an equivalent tool.
  • Direct experience with:
    • Facebook advertising,
    • Adwords,
    • Acquisition funnels
    • Google Tag Manager
    • Google Analytics
  • Landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, or an equivalent tool)
  • Excellent data literacy. We work with a lot of tools and data - the ability to look at the right data points and synthesize them into actionables and key results is vital. Experience managing analytics tools & expertise in manipulating data sets (think: Excel). 
  • Ability to write direct-response advertising copy for Facebook & Google
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: This role will require managing multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally.

  • Ability to navigate complex scenarios and to develop an incremental “crawl, walk, run” approach to addressing challenges
BROWNIE POINTS:
  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Functional knowledge of CSS/PHP/HTML/Javascript or any other responsive web framework
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or other CRM tools
  • Experience in retail, F&B, Ecommerce and/or SaaS products
