In the Junior Onboarding Executive role, you'd be the key support to merchants' product set up on our platforms, which drives their transaction growth.

You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). But the work is challenging, fast-paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.


What you will do:
  • Ensure all content materials and information is accurate from the Sales team
  • Complete product setup within the required SLA
  • Review content configuration and advise relevant teams on the configuration
  • Ensure content provided adheres to the set of guidelines/framework
  • Ensure photos provided meet the required standard
  • Proactively look out for profiles that does not meet standard and rectify them
  • Categorize and place the listings into the right categories based on the cuisine and menu type
  • Work with internal teams to handle listing inquiries and troubleshooting of listing-related issues

How you will need to be:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer facing roles, preferably from the F&B industry
  • Candidate MUST be open to working onsite in our Makati office.
  • Resourceful, attention to detail, high accuracy rate, and speed are a must to be successful in this role.
  • Must be a logical thinker. Able to strategically and logically arrange menus and able to plan out the best and most customer-centric menus
  • Strong organizational skills and you know how to prioritise your time
  • Meticulous and accurate in spelling and usage of words
