Are you passionate about transforming the way businesses operate? At StoreHub, we’re looking for an energetic Client Onboarding Coordinator to help new retailers and restaurateurs seamlessly integrate our powerful tools into their daily operations. You’ll be at the forefront, ensuring each client starts off on the right foot with our technology!

What you will do:

  • Lead Training Sessions: Organize and coordinate both onsite and online training, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
  • Help Retail & Restaurant business owners master StoreHub, enabling them to manage their operations and grow their businesses efficiently.
  • Manage Multiple Projects: Use your excellent project and time management skills to handle various onboarding engagements simultaneously.

What you'll need to have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the F&B industry.
  • Open to working onsite in our new Makati office and conducting client meetings as needed.
  • A strong communicator who is extremely passionate about customer success and product adoption
  • Effective at facilitating meetings and workshops; having training and development experience is a plus
  • A BIG passion for helping small businesses
