In the E-Commerce Growth Manager role, you will lead DealsClub—StoreHub’s packaging and supplies vertical—into a high-growth e-commerce business powered by data, automation, and relentless execution. You’ll own this business end-to-end; revenue, campaigns, performance, and customer growth, and transform it from a project into a thriving e-commerce vertical that compounds month after month.
This is not a role for maintainers; it’s a role for builders.
What you will do:
Build and Scale the Business
Own the full P&L for DealsClub; revenue, margin, and category performance.
Develop and execute monthly growth campaigns (bundles, discounts, loyalty credits, vouchers).
Optimise product mix, pricing, and site merchandising for sales velocity and profitability.
Oversee fulfilment accuracy and ensure smooth daily operations.
Drive Merchant Conversion and Retention
Convert StoreHub merchants into active buyers through intelligent touchpoints (dashboard, email, onboarding, events).
Build retention systems; reorder nudges, smart recommendations, and wallet credits.
Use data to identify drop-offs, customer segments, and behaviour loops.
Run High-Performance Marketing and Experiments
Design and execute always-on campaigns that increase GMV and order frequency.
Manage ad budgets and creatives across channels (Meta, email, dashboard).
Run A/B tests to discover what actually moves revenue and conversion.
Be the Data and Automation Architect
Use BI tools and AI assistants to generate insights, automate reports, and track key metrics.
Implement lightweight automations to improve speed and reduce manual work.
Create growth dashboards for leadership visibility.
Operate Like a Founder
Make business decisions with ownership, urgency, and accountability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BI, and Ops to move fast.
Build the foundation for a future team once revenue scale justifies expansion.
How you will need to be:
Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and obsessed with results.
Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding.
Hands-on operator; comfortable executing campaigns, analysing data, and optimising on the fly.
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to increase productivity and creativity.
Experienced with Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and BI tools.
What you need to have:
5–8 years of experience in e-commerce, growth, or category management, preferably within F&B, B2B supply, or retail.
Proven record of delivering measurable growth in GMV, conversion rate, or retention.
