In the Sales Coordinator Team Lead role, you will play a key part in driving the sales funnel's efficiency and effectiveness. You will manage a team responsible for lead generation and coordination, ensuring optimal conversion rates from lead to sales. This role involves overseeing communication channels such as calls and chats to ensure timely and high-standard responses, all while adhering to established processes. You will also engage in regular team coaching and development, fostering both the soft skills and strategic thinking needed for success. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to identify gaps in the sales funnel, propose solutions, and lead your team in executing them effectively.
What you will do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a team consisting of Lead Generation Specialists and Sales Coordinators to ensure effective management of the sales funnel.
- Monitor and review lead quality and volume, ensuring optimal conversion rates from leads to meetings.
- Lead daily huddles to address blockers and team concerns, and provide coaching through roleplays and shadowing sessions.
- Conduct weekly leadership meetings to discuss strategic plans and improve the performance of the Sales Coordinator team.
- Develop solutions to enhance the sales funnel's efficiency and resolve any identified gaps.
- Foster the growth of team members by providing regular feedback and conducting monthly 1:1 sessions for performance evaluation and goal-setting.
- Manage communication channels, ensuring all customer interactions through calls and chats are promptly addressed and meet high standards.
How you will need to be:
- Possess 1-2 years of business development and team management experience, ideally within sales or customer service roles.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve sales targets and professional growth.
- Be highly curious, with a mindset for problem-solving and the ability to ask the right questions to uncover key insights.
- Have strong adaptability and a quick grasp of technical information to guide your team through fast-paced challenges.
- Able to pitch value and benefits clearly, engaging customers with conviction.
- Demonstrate resilience, bouncing back from rejections, and continuously improving strategies to drive success.
- Prior experience in managing teams and achieving strong results in SME business environments is a plus.
