Kuala Lumpur
Work Type: Full Time

Are you driven, results-oriented and a team player?

With 18,000+ retailers and restaurants in over 15 countries, StoreHub is on a mission to enable everyone, big or small, to build successful businesses. At StoreHub, we're building a dream team whereby all of your colleagues are extraordinary at what they do and are highly effective collaborators. It is in such a team that you learn the most, perform your best work, improve the fastest, and have the most fun.

If this is a journey you’d like to embark on, keep reading!

In the Product Manager role, you will own a defined product area and drive measurable impact for StoreHub’s F&B and retail merchants across Southeast Asia. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product and Senior Product Managers as we transform from a feature factory into a truly strategic, product-led organisation.
This is not a “write tickets and pass to Engineering” role. You will have real ownership over features end to end – from discovery and prioritisation to launch, adoption, and outcomes. You’ll ship products used by thousands of merchants, work cross-functionally to ensure adoption, and actively contribute to building strong product management practices at StoreHub.

This role is ideal for a Product Manager who is strong in execution today and wants to grow into strategic product leadership with close coaching from senior product leaders.

What you will do:

Execute & Deliver High-Impact Features
  • Own feature-level delivery for your product area, working closely with Engineering to scope, prioritise, and ship high-quality solutions.
  • Drive adoption, not just delivery, by planning and executing post-launch strategies so merchants actually use what you build.
  • Coordinate go-to-market efforts with Marketing and Sales to ensure features reach the right merchants effectively.
  • Measure feature performance, analyse results, and iterate quickly based on data and feedback.
Product Strategy & Planning
  • Define and maintain 3–6 month feature roadmaps for your product area, with guidance from Senior PMs.
  • Make data-driven prioritisation decisions using clear frameworks and trade-off thinking.
  • Support business cases, ROI analyses, and impact assessments for major features and initiatives.
  • Own feature-level metrics that roll up into product area OKRs and business outcomes.
Customer Discovery & Insights
  • Conduct regular discovery with F&B and retail merchants to understand problems, workflows, and unmet needs.
  • Validate assumptions through interviews, experiments, and data before committing to build.
  • Analyse product usage, engagement, and drop-offs to inform product decisions.
  • Translate customer insights into clear, actionable product requirements.
Collaboration & Growth
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Develop your strategic product thinking through coaching from the Head of Product and Senior PMs.
  • Contribute to product management best practices, frameworks, and ways of working.
  • Share learnings and help raise the overall bar of the product team as we scale.
How you will need to be:
  • Outcome-driven – You care about adoption and business impact, not just shipping features.
  • Strong executor – You can deliver reliably and are growing your strategic thinking over time.
  • Data-informed – You use data and evidence to guide decisions and prioritisation.
  • Customer-obsessed – You actively talk to merchants and validate problems before building.
  • Coachability & ownership – You take accountability, seek feedback, and want to grow.
What you need to have:

Must-haves
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management within tech or SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of shipping features that users adopt and deliver real outcomes.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, comfortable using analytics tools (SQL is a plus).
  • Customer empathy with hands-on experience conducting discovery and validation.
  • Strong execution skills and experience working closely with Engineering teams.
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset – accountable for outcomes, not just outputs.
  • High learning orientation and desire to grow from execution-focused PM to strategic product leader.
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience in vertical SaaS, fintech, or SMB-focused products.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian SMB or merchant markets.
  • Exposure to merchant-facing platforms or business management tools.
  • Experience with product-led growth or self-serve products.
  • Understanding of mid-market or SMB customer segments.
