As a Billing Executive at StoreHub, you will be responsible for receiving and sorting incoming payments, as well as ensuring the hygiene of the accounts in terms of billing, plan type and invoices. You will also audit the overdue charges & changes/activation on plan.
You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

What you will do:
- Responsible for managing the account balances, also looks after to handle the debts or other financial collection, calculate the bill receivable, purchased amount, discounts, total order amount, storing all those data for revenue calculation.
- Regularly contacts the customers either by email or telephonic calls and reminds them about their due payments.
- Process customer payments, preparing Invoicing, and delivering the invoice
- Execute Renewals Merchants Executive assistant functions from time to time
- Reviewing the invoices and bills
- Maintaining monthly completion of billing and other activities
- Ensure that customer account data are thoroughly and accurately entered into the system
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions
- Serve as overall administrative support for the Merchant Renewals Team
- Establishing excellent working relationship
- Collaboration and assistance the Account Managers
How you will need to be:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in billing or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using billing software and MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance
