What you will do:

Responsible for multiple HR functions including compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, employee relations, employee welfare, training and development
Develop and implement performance management strategies to better recognise and retain talents, and to maximise employees’ strengths and contribution in pursuing our business goals
Identify opportunities, design and facilitate learning solutions/interventions/personalised development plans
Track and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the solutions, and measure behavioural outcomes
Provide data and solutions to leaders in the creation of development plans that meet progression/succession and retention needs
Coach and support line managers on HR related decisions
Own the process of ensuring that employees’ needs are met in the HR lifecycle
Actively collaborate on HR projects with a multicultural People Department
Partner with the People Manager in designing, developing, and implementing People-related processes, policies, and experiences
What you will need:
To excel in this role, you should possess a unique blend of skills and knowledge:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a HR Business Partner/HR Generalist
Well-versed knowledge in Malaysian Labour Law
Experience in supporting organisation-wide talent management programmes that cover leadership development and progression planning
A strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent facilitation skills
Skills in relationship-building across functions and job levels, and able to present information articulately to a diverse group of stakeholders (including C-level executives)
An incredible desire for accuracy and detail-orientedness
The ability to work through ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and needs, while handling multiple tasks with a positive, can-do attitude
An inclination towards solution-based thinking and data-driven decision making
The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
