In this HR internship role, you will have an opportunity to learn about main HR fundamentals in a unique professional business environment. There are many dimensions to HR responsibilities to explore, such as Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Training & Development and Administration etc. You could potentially experience these areas depending on the business strategy and your ability to learn. In addition, there's a mixture of routine, admin & project based tasks. All in order to drive StoreHub to one of the core visions in “Building A Place Where People Thrive”

Internship Descriptions: 


1. Talent Acquisition

  • Engage candidates via multiple sourcing options and techniques to build an ongoing talent pool, while effectively identifying and sharing promising profiles of candidates with Hiring Managers.

  • Gather position requirements, formulate job scopes, promote open positions, do lead sourcing, filtering, assessments.

  • Align and apply the TA strategies, processes, and recruitment methodologies

2. HR Projects

  • Actively collaborate on HR business strategy projects with a multiple stakeholders

  • Designing, developing, and implementing People-related processes, policies, and experiences. To create business solutions with HR fundamentals. Such as, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Training & Development and Administration etc. 

3. HR administration 

  • Support necessary HR Documentations/Administrations


Requirements:

  • Passion in HR: Strong passion in “learning” about HR work scope.

  • Great Communication Skills: main responsibility is to communicate with candidates & employees from different styles & backgrounds, you need to be able to listen to understand and clearly communicate. Fluent in Thai and good command in English.

  • Responsible & Reliable: Able to independently manage multiple tasks concurrently in a quality based & timely manner. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion

  • High Adaptability/flexibility: The ability to work through ambiguity, adapt to fast paced changing priorities and needs, open to do routine, admin and project based work, while handling multiple tasks with a positive, can-do attitude


Important Notes:


  • Open for all level of University Students or recent Graduates
  • Hybrid internship arrangement (Home + Office)

  • Can intern at least 3-4 business days / week

  • Internship period: Jan - March 2024 (Open for discussion)

  • Office located near BTS Chong Nonsi
