Job Summary: In our Business Consultant role, you will be conducting Sales and Consulting with numerous SME & Enterprise business owners in many industries on a daily basis to deep dive on their business requirements/pain points/opportunities. In order to provide the best solutions that our products & services can offer. Subsequently, close a win-win deal and drive company revenue. 

Your main KPIs is monthly sales target and of course there is also monthly uncapped commission as well :) 


You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.


Here's what you'll do as a Business Consultant:

  • Identify high-value customers: You'll be on the lookout for customers who can bring the most value to our organization.

  • Pitching like a pro: You'll use your amazing communication skills to pitch our exciting value proposition and close deals like a champ.

  • Building lasting relationships: You'll be the person our customers turn to when they need help or have questions. By building strong relationships, you'll generate more revenue and drive customer loyalty.

  • Upselling and cross-selling: You'll be our customers' go-to person for all their needs. By identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, you'll generate even more revenue for our organization.

  • Delivering exceptional service: You'll be coordinating with various departments to make sure our customers have a smooth and satisfying experience. By developing client-focused solutions, you'll improve customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.


We're seeking a Business Consultant who embodies the following traits:

  • 2 years of account management or business development experience is preferable

  • Highly Curious in asking the right questions to get to the root cause of an issue.

  • Able to pick up concepts and technical information fast.

  • Able to read and engage with people well.

  • Responsive to feedback and applying it immediately.

  • Able to pitch value and benefits with absolute conviction and clarity.

  • Extreme perseverance and able to bounce back from numerous rejection.

  • Excellent command in Thai and good command in English.

  • Having prior strong results and success in winning SME business, is a plus
