In the Business Intelligence (BI) & AI Transformation Lead role, you won’t just be managing dashboards. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how StoreHub leverages data and AI to drive smarter, faster, and more automated decision-making. From experimenting with emerging AI workflows (like vibe coding and agentic automation) to mentoring analysts, you’ll play a key role in embedding transformation across the business.
This is not a 'keep the lights on' role - it’s about championing change, challenging assumptions, and unlocking the next wave of AI-enabled growth at StoreHub.

What you will do:
Transformation & AI Growth
Explore and embed AI techniques (e.g. vibe coding, automated insights) into BI and operational workflows.
Lead pilots and experiments that accelerate adoption of AI-driven practices across teams.
Team Leadership
Mentor analysts to move beyond reporting — to ask sharper questions, challenge assumptions, and surface transformation opportunities.
Build a culture that values curiosity, experimentation, and rigorous insight.
Analytics & Insight Generation
Drill into numbers with precision, surfacing key drivers of growth, risks, and opportunities.
Translate complex insights into clear, actionable narratives for executives and department heads.
Cross-Functional Impact
Lead projects that cut across Sales, Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product.
Manage alignment between stakeholders, ensuring recommendations are bold, actionable, and strategically relevant.

Naturally curious and growth-oriented, always pushing boundaries and learning.
What you need to have:
3–5 years in BI, analytics, or transformation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
Demonstrated curiosity and/or practical experience in AI applications, vibe coding, or agentic automation.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Metabase, and Chargebee (or equivalent BI/CRM tools).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A growth mindset and appetite for experimentation.
