In the Ops & Fulfilment Admin role, you will play a critical part in DealsClub—StoreHub’s packaging and supplies business; an e-commerce platform serving thousands of F&B and retail merchants with cups, boxes, napkins, and other essentials.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every order gets processed, packed, and delivered smoothly, and that our product catalogue and stock data are always accurate.
This is a high-ownership, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to fast-moving operations and ensuring that growth plans actually get executed flawlessly.
What you will do:
Keep the Orders Flowing
Process and track daily orders through Shopify or relevant backend tools.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery partners to ensure timely fulfilment.
Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve issues (delays, returns, replacements).
Maintain Stock Accuracy
Update inventory levels, SKUs, and product information regularly.
Reconcile stock data weekly between DealsClub records and warehouse reports.
Flag low-stock items early and coordinate replenishments or substitutions.
Ensure Smooth Daily Operations
Check and verify pricing, product availability, and order details.
Support website updates (e.g., adding new SKUs, correcting descriptions, tagging products).
Maintain accurate documentation of orders, refunds, and fulfilment SLAs.
Maintain and prepare sampling products for sales / frontliners.
Support Growth and Reporting
Prepare weekly fulfilment and inventory reports for the Growth Manager.
Identify recurring bottlenecks and propose simple process improvements.
Support campaign execution (product tagging, bundle setup, voucher coordination).

Able to coordinate between multiple teams and communicate clearly.
Comfortable with a fast-paced, e-commerce operational environment.
What you need to have:
2–4 years of experience in operations, fulfilment, logistics coordination, or e-commerce admin support.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using Shopify, Google Sheets, or similar order management tools.
Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows (orders → fulfilment → delivery → reporting).
