As a Training Specialist, you will play an integral role in facilitating and executing employee development programs, through the flexibility to design and organize training courses by combining creativity, research and analysis of existing materials. You are expected to conduct trainings and oversee employee participation. Proper course evaluations & post-training monitoring are mandatory to assess the effectiveness of training.

You don't need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don't!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we're looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will be working closely with colleagues from different departments across 3 countries - Malaysia (MY), Thailand (TH) and Philippines (PH).
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths (quarterly/annual training plan)
  • Develop & prepare all instructional materials based on the training program
  • Organize & conduct training sessions with mandatory post-training monitoring by utilizing proper evaluation data to measure effectiveness of training
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct onboarding/orientation sessions
  • Supporting Sales & Operations team in ensuring proper documentations for all products, policies & procedures related knowledge in the Knowledge Base (KB) for MY, TH and PH.
  • Ensuring all internal & external documentations in the company are updated frequently with the latest products & processes information.
  • Periodically evaluate training programs and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods


  • Prior experience in training management & planning
  • Experience in handling Learning Management System (LMS) system is a plus point
  • Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand
  • IT related background. Have a strong understanding of how POS systems, e-commerce & delivery platforms function and are able to comprehend product knowledge at a fast pace.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent command (written & spoken) of English proficiency and minimum 1 of 2 languages Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin - the role requires to assess inbound/outbound communication in these languages for new employees during on job training (OJT)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to operate MS Excel at an intermediate to advanced level. (formulas, data tabulation etc.)
  • Strong analytical abilities to provide strategies based on historical and current data.
  • Stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to handle constructive feedback from both players/coaches
  • Driven, proactive, and self-motivated to be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate well with people from all backgrounds and departments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effectively as well as be a valuable team player.
  • Growth mindset, eager learner and humility in receiving feedback.
